Stepboard is a simple app to help track your daily steps and goals.
Studies have shown that walking at least 10,000 steps a day can help reduce the risk of heart disease.
30 minutes of activity per day can also help lower blood pressure, improve sleep, and even help relieve depression.
If your daily average is below 10K, go for a walk, take the stairs instead of the elevator, and maybe take that parking spot in the far side of the parking lot….

We are a team of designers and developers that sit on our butts all day at work and need help getting up and moving and have built Stepboard to help motivate ourselves to walk more and stay active.
You’re saying – but wait, there are tons of fitness apps out there aren’t there right? Yes there are but we wanted to make something simple, easy and fun to use so we decided to make Stepboard. Stay tuned, we’re just getting started!
Stepboard uses the Health app in order to display your step data and activity collected by your Apple Watch or iPhone. It can display your step count, walking distance, and active calories.
